Community Bulletin Board Submissions

Have an event or job posting you’d like to have featured on the community bulletin board? We’ve got you! Please note that all content must follow the stated criteria below. NPM Chicago reserves the right to reject any submission, especially those that do not align with the mission of the organization.

Event Submissions

• Submission must be submitted at least three weeks before the event.

• Events must be related to pastoral or liturgical music.

• The event must be in the Chicagoland area.

• Submissions must include the following:

  • Title of event

  • Date and location of event.

  • Ticket information (if applicable)

  • An image or poster for the event

  • Link to the official event website

Job Posting Submissions

The job posting must be related to pastoral music and/or liturgy. The posting must be in the Chicagoland area, or a nearby diocese (i.e. Milwaukee, Joliet, etc.)

Images and Media

Posters, flyers, and job descriptions should be submitted as one file (.pdf or .docx). All phtos must be .jpg, .png, or .tiff.
